Portfolio Manager gives you tools and services to stay connected with your customers with minimal effort. The interface is easy to use and resides within the GM Global Connect portal. This low-cost solution has been the preferred tool for most GM dealers for years and all data feeds directly from GM Financial and ALLY, which allows for more accurate and up-to-date information.

Portfolio Manager Tool

This powerful equity-mining tool allows you to identify near and/or long term sales opportunities based on the amount of equity in your customer's vehicle, vehicle build data, new factory incentives and residual values. All this is based on GM Financial and ALLY finance and lease contracts data. You also have the capability to load your DMS vehicle sales records to cover additional financial institutions contract data. In addition, Portfolio Manager tool will help you grow your business, maintain contact with your customers, increase customer satisfaction, loyalty, retention and revenue.

Concierge Service

The Concierge Base service integrates our Portfolio Manager Concierge staff  directly with your dealership. They will set up static equity mining searching/reports that your dealership wants to have generated periodically. An email notification containing a link to the report(s) is sent to your designated personnel where the reports can be downloaded via the Concierge user interface.

The Concierge Full service, in addition to setting up the reports,  our Concierge staff will also contact target customers on the resulting reports based on agreed upon call scripting and attempt to set an appointment between the customer and your dealership.  Those appointments will then be shared with your dealership for follow through.

3rd Party Vendor Web Service

Subscription to the 3rd Party Vendor Web Service allows your dealership to select 3rd party vendors that are certified with the Portfolio Manager 3rd Party Vendor Web Service to access a subset of your Portfolio Manager customer records.  This provides your designated 3rd party vendors with access to your Portfolio Manager customer records on your dealerships behalf (e.g. access by your marketing agency vendor to obtain targeted customer lists to use for your marketing campaigns).
