ADP ANNOUNCES ALLIANCE WITH AUTODATA
Relationship Brings Rich Automotive Content to Dealership Applications and Websites

Los Angeles, CA, December 12, 2007 – Autodata Solutions, Inc. today announced that ADP Dealer Services, a division of Automatic Data Processing, Inc. (NYSE:ADP) has selected Autodata’s comprehensive automotive content to power dealership applications and websites in North America.

As a solid foundation to ADP’s industry-leading dealer services, Autodata’s content platform will facilitate more efficient product integration and stimulate the development of the next generation of ADP’s digital marketing solutions for dealerships in North America.  ADP selected Autodata for its depth of content for all makes and models of automobiles sold in the U.S. and Canada including vehicle specifications, standard and optional equipment, factory pricing, zip-specific OEM incentives and rebates, high-resolution vehicle photography, Spanish and French language translations, and recall information, as well as more than ten years of vehicle-related editorial content, test drive reviews and aggregated press quotes.
